Miranda Kerr is an Australian model. Born in Sydney in 1983, she began her professional career after being discovered in 1997. She is currently one of the rising stars in the fashion world. Her most well-known work includes campaigns for Maybelline and Victoria's Secret. Miranda is the youngest child in the Kerr family, raised in the small town of Gunnedah and educated at a Catholic school. At age 13, she won a cover girl competition held by the teen magazine Dolly, which led to a modeling contract with the Melbourne Chadwick agency. Kerr quickly managed to balance her studies and work, appearing in TV commercials for the Australian Portmans store chain. She then began gracing the covers of fashion magazines in Australia and New Zealand. From 2010-2013, she was married to British actor Orlando Bloom, with whom she had a son, Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom, in 2011. In 2017, she married businessman Evan Spiegel.
