Completed their Master's degree at Kadir Has University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Cinema and Television department. The author, whose first novel, "Nişantaşı'nın Arka Bahçesi," won the İnkılap Kitabevi 2005 novel award, previously worked as a columnist, television presenter, and film and theater actor.
