Alan Goluboff

Johan Cruyff (Hendrik Johannes Cruijff, 1947 – 2016) was a Dutch footballer and manager. Born in Amsterdam in 1947, Cruyff left a significant mark on football history, particularly during his time with Ajax (1964–1973) and Barcelona (1973–1978). He also scored 33 goals in 48 appearances for the Netherlands national team. After retiring from playing, he served Barcelona for many years as a manager and administrator. A long-time smoker, Cruyff quit after undergoing open-heart surgery in 1991. He was diagnosed with lung cancer in October 2015 and died in Barcelona on March 24, 2016.
