In 1983, Abdullah Oğuz founded ANS International in New York. His video catalog developed for a mail-order company generated 65% more sales than traditional magazine-based catalogs, a world-first marketing concept that made the cover of the Wall Street Journal. In 1992, ANS International Turkey was established. Producing thousands of hours of programming for national channels, ANS International brought world-class quality to Turkish screens with original drama and game show formats created by its creative team. Productions created by Abdullah Oğuz and his team at ANS included: TV Program Production (Series – TV movies, TV Shows/Entertainment Competitions, Music/Magazines, Entertainment, Children's Programming, Reality Shows, Talk Shows), Commercial Production (Image ads, promotional ads, promotional films), Film Production (In-house production, co-production), Local Media Productions (Program sales per advertising second), Music Video Production (16-35 mm music videos, Video/Digital music videos), and Film Distribution (Cinema-TV films, Formats, Series). Beyond this multifaceted production role, Abdullah Oğuz established himself as a creative director, playing a significant role in the creation of Turkey's music video industry through numerous international awards. He also became one of Turkey's most sought-after commercial directors. In 2003, ANS entered the Turkish film market with four films; two of which became the highest-grossing films of the year out of a total of 134 films. Abdullah Oğuz directed one of these films, Asmalı Konak-Hayat, a sequel to the record-breaking TV series Asmalı Konak. Asmalı Konak-Hayat became the number one box office hit of 2003.
