Troy Evans is an American actor best known for his role as Desk Clerk Francis "Frank" Martin on the television drama series ER and, more recently, as Detective II Johnson Barrel on Amazon's TV series Bosch. He has also appeared in the Disney Channel original movie Tiger Cruise, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Under Siege, Teen Wolf, Kuffs, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Black Dahlia, Demolition Man, The Frighteners, View from the Top, and Substance 99, among others.
