Allison Christin Mack is an American actress. Born in Preetz, West Germany, to Mindy Mack and opera singer Jonathan Mackin, who was working in West Germany at the time, she has two siblings, Shannon and Robyn. She began appearing in commercials at age 4, followed by modeling. During her childhood and teenage years, she had the opportunity to star in numerous TV movies. Her breakthrough role came with the series Smallville, where she played Chloe Sullivan from 2001 to 2011. Her role as Clark Kent's close friend Chloe garnered acclaim and made her a globally recognized actress. In April 2018, she was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, related to her involvement in the NXIVM organization, including allegations of coercing women into sexual acts with Keith Raniere, the organization's founder. She was released on $5 million bail.
