Tobias Menzies is a British actor. He was born in North London in 1974 to Gillian and Peter Menzies. He has a brother named Luke. Showing an interest in acting during his youth, Menzies graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 1998. He gained international recognition after portraying Brutus in the TV series *Rome*. He appeared in supporting roles in films such as *Finding Neverland*, *Casino Royale*, and *Atonement*. He played Edmure Tully in the TV series *Game of Thrones*. He also gained acclaim for his roles as Frank Randall and Jonathan 'Black Jack' Randall in the first three seasons of the TV series *Outlander*. Most recently, he starred in the film *You Hurt My Feelings*.
