Susie Spear

Anthony Joseph Gilroy is an American screenwriter and director. He wrote the screenplay for the Jason Bourne series, starring Matt Damon. His film, Michael Clayton, was nominated for Best Original Screenplay and Best Director at the Oscars. He directed Duplicity, starring Clive Owen. Gilroy was born in Manhattan, New York, to Ruth Dorothy (née Gaydos) and playwright Frank D. Gilroy. His brothers are John Gilroy, who edited Michael Clayton and was nominated for a BAFTA for his work on the film, and screenwriter Dan Gilroy.
