Iori Kitahara moves to a coastal town to attend university with his uncle. His expectations of a beautiful university life and Grand Blue, his uncle's diving shop, are far from reality. Instead of pretty girls and a normal college experience, Iori finds himself surrounded by a group of hard-partying, alcoholic male friends. Various incidents befall this group. Determined to create his dream university life, will Iori manage to get things on track, or will everything become even more chaotic?
