George Harris Kennedy Jr. (1925-2016) was an American actor. He won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Dragline in the 1967 film *Cool Hand Luke*. George Kennedy died at the age of 91 in Middleton, Idaho, from lung cancer.
