Danielle Furst

Yu Kashii was born on February 16, 1987, in Kanagawa. She spent her childhood in Singapore. She began her career as a model in 2001, soon moving on to work in TV dramas and commercials before being featured in *Su Boys*. Her first film, *Lorelei: The Witch of the Pacific Ocean*, led to further drama roles in 2005. On February 2, 2008, Yu Kashii married Joe Odagiri.
