Mehmet Ulgar Manzakoğlu is a Turkish film and television actor. He was born in Kayseri in 1960. In 1985, he graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology. After completing his mandatory service in Pervari, Siirt for six months, he was transferred to Istanbul. After working for a while at Hızır Emergency Service, he went to France for higher education. Seven years later, upon his return, he began practicing medicine at various hospitals in Istanbul. He continues his medical profession alongside his acting career. He has appeared in numerous films and TV series, including the role of 'Patron' in Kabadayı, as well as roles in 5. Kat, Arapsaçı, Kurtlar Vadisi (as İbrahim Ahıskalı), Yarım Elma (as Akif Bey), Çocuklar Duymasın (as the English teacher), Tatlı Hayat (as a guest actor), and Herşey Çok Güzel Olacak (as Barmen Tuncay).
