Vanessa Ray Liptak is an American television and film actress. She is known for her role as Teri Ciccone in the final season of As the World Turns. Ray was born in Livermore, California. After minor roles in films and television series, she gained fame with As the World Turns. She later starred in Damages and Suits. Her role as CeCe Drake in Pretty Little Liars significantly increased her fame and earned her awards. She also had a long-running role as Eddie Janko in the television series Blue Bloods. Her film credits include independent films such as Frances Ha (2012) and Mutual Friends (2013). She was married to actor Derek James Baynham from 2003 to 2009. In 2015, she married Landon Beard.
