Laura Lenghi

Melahat Özgü Namal is an actress born in Istanbul. Born in Üsküdar, Namal is the daughter of a mother who was a state official of Selanik origin and a father who was a merchant of Macedonian origin. She graduated from the Istanbul University State Conservatory Theatre Department. Before her education there, she also received acting training at the Kadıköy Public Education Center and the Müjdat Gezen Theatre. She became widely known to the public for her role as Elif Eylül in the series *Kurtlar Vadisi*. In 2014, she married Ahmet Serdar Oral, a breath therapist, and had two children, Nefes and Elem Su, from this marriage. She lost her husband to a heart attack on October 6, 2020.
