Leib Milstein, bilinen adıyla Lewis Milestone (1895–1980) Moldova doğumlu Amerikalı yönetmen. Yönettiği Two Arabian Knights ve Batı Cephesinde Yeni Bir Şey Yok filmleriyle En İyi Yönetmen dalında Oscar kazanmıştır.
