Haley Lu Richardson is an American actress and dancer. Richardson was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Her mother, Valerie, is a graphic designer, and her father, Forrest, is a golf course architect. She attended Villa Montessori School and Arcadia High School. During this time, she regularly participated in dance clubs and won awards in numerous dance competitions. At the age of 16, she moved to Los Angeles. After participating in various dance organizations there, she landed roles in television films such as Christmas Twister and Escape from Polygamy. Her role as Tess in Ravenswood increased her fame. In 2014, she starred in the films The Well and The Young Kieslowski. Her latest film, The Bronze, saw her working with names such as Melissa Rauch, Cecily Strong, and Gary Cole.
