Mizero Ncuti Gatwa, a Rwandan-Scottish actor, is known for his role as Eric Effiong in the Netflix comedy-drama series Sex Education. This role earned him numerous award nominations, including a BAFTA. In 2022, Gatwa was announced as the Fourteenth Doctor in the BBC series Doctor Who, becoming the first Black man to play the character.
