Reham Alkassar

Orhan Melih Günşiray (1928-2008) was a Turkish film actor. A graduate of Tophane Art School, Günşiray was involved in commerce before attracting the attention of filmmakers after being selected as the "Adalar (Islands) Male Beauty" in 1950. He made his first professional film in 1959. After a two-year break, he returned to cinema and also worked in film production. After 1970, he worked as a voice actor and in nightclubs for about a year, but could not leave cinema, appearing in numerous films intermittently until 2006. He died in 2008 and is buried in Zincirlikuyu Cemetery. He is the father of actors Mahir Günşiray and Murat Günşiray.
