Noah, a troubled teen, steals a mysterious device from a group of city thugs. While evading the thugs, he hides out at a summer camp run by counselors Jake and Selena, and overseen by the eccentric Falco. The thugs, who have infiltrated the camp amongst the other campers, emerge to retrieve the device from Noah. As Noah evades the pursuing thugs, he finds himself embroiled in a series of bizarre events that teach him valuable lessons.
