A humble couple, deeply worried about the prolonged absence of dear friends, have exhausted their attempts to track them down. The last known location is a subway station; they can't proceed beyond the tunnels, needing a specialist digger. Normally, the couple wouldn't resort to this, but they will somehow manage, venturing into the darkness. However, what they discover reveals they've entered a tunnel with no return.
