Kız Babası tells the story of a father trying to dissuade his daughter from marrying someone he disapproves of. Adil, a taxi driver who supports his family, lives happily with his wife and two daughters. His life is turned upside down when he learns about his daughter's boyfriend. Adil's daughter is seeing Bahadır, a boxer. However, Adil believes Bahadır is a dangerous man. Hoping his daughter will give up seeing Bahadır in a few days, Adil is completely devastated by the news that Bahadır has proposed, and his daughter has happily accepted. Adil is firmly against this marriage. Adil is right in all his reasons for opposing the marriage, realizing his daughter is unaware of these truths. Determined to prevent this marriage, Adil decides to make his daughter see the reality. Embarking on a difficult struggle, will Adil succeed in opening his daughter's eyes and preventing the marriage?
