Kai Kahale, a hired killer, travels to Bangkok. There, he acquires a weapon and rents a car, hiring a professional female driver for the night. Making numerous stops, Kai commits brutal murders at each location. By the time the driver realizes the nature of Kai's actions, it's too late to escape. Meanwhile, an unconventional police officer races against time to solve the murders before more bloodshed occurs.
