Fredrik Wagner

Jay Pickett was an American actor. He was born in Spokane, Washington and spent his youth in Caldwell, Idaho. He was accepted into the acting programs at Boise State University and UCLA, where he participated in numerous theater projects. He had small roles in television series such as Rags to Riches, China Beach, Mr. Belvedere, Dragnet, Jake and the Fatman, and Matlock. He later appeared as Frank Scanlon in the soap opera Port Charles.
