Max Salinger, a selfish divorced writer, doesn't want his 15-year-old daughter living with him. Seeking revenge, she steals his latest manuscript and heads off on a school trip for skiing. Desperate, Max follows her to the ski resort. The only problem? Max isn't exactly comfortable with either snow or teenagers. He's forced to endure the trip with his daughter's friends.
