This crime thriller, a road movie traversing Japan, features relentless suspense. A wealthy elderly man offers 1 billion yen to anyone who kills the murderer of his brutally slain grandson. Fearing for his life, the suspect surrenders to the police. Japan's four best detectives must transport the now-nationally-wanted killer 1200 kilometers to Tokyo within a 48-hour custody period. However, their task shifts – they must now protect the killer from the public.
