Brothers Frank Tom Vermeir and Jo Stef Aerts open a nightclub called Belgica in Ghent. The club becomes wildly successful, rising to become one of Belgium's top concert venues. But as the venue grows and its popularity increases, the problems it creates will become overwhelming, putting the brothers in extremely difficult situations. This follow-up film to Felix Van Groeningen's 2012 Oscar-winning Best Foreign Language Film, The Broken Circle Breakdown, is underscored by the music of Ghent-based electronic music group Soulwax.
